  • To reach Vieques, we encourage you to take a flight to the island. The flights are short, and the views are stunning.

    FLIGHTS:

    If you are coming directly to Vieques from your original destination, you may take a connecting flight from the international airport— Luis Muñoz Marín (SJU) with the airline, Cape Air.

    If you are already in San Juan, you can fly out from the smaller airport in San Juan, Isla Grande Airport (SIG). The check-in process is simpler and requires less wait time as it is a local flight of 30 minutes with the airline, Vieques Air Link.

    There is another small airport in Ceiba, Jose Aponte de La Torre Airport (RVR), with daily flights from Vieques Air Link as well.

    All flights to Vieques arrive at the Antonio Rivera Rodriguez Airport (VQS).

    If you are flying in between the islands of Culebra and Vieques, you can make arrangements with the charter company, Taxi Aereo

    FERRIES:

    The ferry terminal is located in the town of Ceiba— about 1:20 minutes from the capital of San Juan. You can take the passenger ferry or the cargo ferry. The passenger ferry is faster with an approximate travel time of 30-40 minutes depending on the currents. The cargo ferry is 45-60 minutes. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time by visiting puertoricoferry.com.

    An Uber ride should be about $80 from San Juan to Ceiba.

    Insider tip: 20% of the tickets are available on the website 3-4 weeks prior to the departure date. You can reserve them ahead of time, or purchase the tickets on-site at the ferry port.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club.

  • YES! We are dog friendly. The following are included with their stay: eating and drinking bowls, a bed (as dogs are not allowed on the beds), and a special treat. There is a maximum of 2 pets per room— up to 50 pounds. Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times, and we encourage you to pick up after them on our garden grounds. Fee per night is $50/ pet.

  • No, we are an adults only hotel (18+).

  • We do not offer transportation from the airport or ferry. Taxis are available, but must be reserved in advance. Once you book your stay, we will send you a detailed guide with our taxi recommendations.

  • EARLY CHECK-IN: We are happy to welcome you to the property as early as 8:00am. While we prepare your room, you can enjoy our communal space which offers— coffee, herbal tea and water infusions, pool access, communal bathroom and shower, and boutique storefront.

    STANDARD CHECK-IN : 3:00-5:00pm. After 5:00pm you may perform a self check-in. We will send you a detailed guide with the instructions and code to your room.

    CHECK-OUT: 11:00am

  • At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation price is charged.

    Free Cancellation is available with notice more than 30 days before your arrival date. 100% of the payment will be refunded.

    If the booking is canceled between 30-15 days before arrival, then only 50% of the payment will be reimbursed.

    If the booking is canceled less than 15 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date), no reimbursements will apply.

    If you wish to reduce your reservation, it will be treated as a regular cancellation. You must notify us more than 30 days in order to receive free cancellation. If your reservation is reduced 30-15 days before arrival, then a refund equal to 50% of the cancelled nights will apply. If the booking is reduced less than 15 days before arrival, then no refund will apply.

    If booked via a third party, cancellation policies may vary, and you must cancel directly through them.

  • No, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and most communal areas. You can only smoke in the designated area in the sunken living room at the pavilion.

    Please do not smoke in the rooms, as a $200 smoking fee applies.

  • Absolutely! We do not discriminate against any of our guests. Finca Victoria is a safe-space where all are welcome regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.

  • Front desk hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our communal house is open from 8:00am until 10:00pm. Emergency numbers are listed at the front desk in the event you need to reach a manager.

  • The towns are a 15-20 minute car ride away. The closest beaches are El Gallito, Sunbay, and Black Sand Beach.

  • Yes, we have free parking lot on site.

  • Yes, all rooms have a fully equipped kitchen containing a mini fridge, electric stove, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, microwave, Ayurvedic spice blend, french press, electric kettle, coffee, brown sugar, and a homemade tea blend.

    Your room is also equipped with an ice bucket and scoop. Before the communal restrooms across from the pavilion, you will find our large ice maker. Feel free to help yourself, and use the ice for your drinks or to fill your beach cooler.

  • No, we do not. However, we do have a selection of alcohols available to purchase in our main Pavilion. Here you will also find complimentary coffee, infused water, and herbal tea available 24/7.

    Occasionally, we host a 4-course dinner on Fridays. If this event is available during your stay, we will email you with the invitation. We also post about this pop-up event on our social media platforms.

    We do offer complimentary breakfast to all guests in our Pavilion each morning. Lovingly prepared, our fresh vegan, Ayurvedic breakfast is served daily from 9:30-11:00am. Our Pavilion also has many tables set-up to enjoy your meal.

  • The closest restaurant and bar, Tin Box, would be about a 35 minute walk away. However, we highly recommend you rent a car, scooter, or golf cart for the length of your stay— as the surrounding roads are quite hilly and narrow (not ideal for walking). There are also many good restaurants in Esperanza that are a short 10 minute drive or taxi ride away.

  • We offer a morning yoga class each day at 8:00am. This class is complimentary for all hotel guests, and $21/person for non-hotel guests. Our yoga classes are Vinyasa flow, and open to all levels. For more info, please visit our “Yoga” page.

  • For all of our guests, we provide beach towels, a beach blanket, and small cooler. For additional beach gear rentals, you can contact Black Beard Sports in Isabel Segunda, Vieques.

  • No, they do not. However, we have a large selection of books, and board and card games available to all guests in our communal space. You’re more than welcome to borrow these to read/play in your room or any of our communal areas.

  • While guests cannot access our laundry area, we offer laundry service for $20 per bag. You’re welcome to ask the host for this laundry bag at front desk between 9:00am-5:00pm.

  • Yes, all rooms have a safe to lock your valuable in.

  • Yes, all bedroom areas are equipped with an air conditioning unit.

  • Of course! All showers are equipped with both hot and cold water.

  • There are several grocery stores across the island. Upon making your reservation, we will send you a detailed Vieques Guide containing our recommended supermarkets and so much more.

  • The taxis DO NOT operate 24 hours a day. They generally begin service between 6:00-7:00am, and end service between 10:00-11:00pm. Occassionally, they will offer an earlier or later service only if scheduled in advance. In our Vieques Guide, we will provide you with a list of taxi numbers. This list is also available at our front desk.

  • Puerto Rico has one of the most constant climates in the world. Year-round temperatures range from 75° to 85°F (24°-29°C). Easterly trade winds pass across the island throughout the year. Puerto Rico has a rainy season which stretches from April into November. However, Vieques tends to be a lot dryer than the main island.

  • The months of December through April are considered “high season”. A very good time to visit Puerto Rico is from May to June— right after the busy winter season and just before the hotter, and sometimes rainy, summer. Spring weather is also very pleasant— barely escaping the mid-80's most days.
