Deposit + Cancellation Policy
Deposit: 50% of your entire stay is due upon booking to confirm the reservation. Your balance is paid, with taxes and any additional charges at checkout. Cancellation: If it becomes necessary to cancel some or all of your reservation(s), we require the following notices be given:
Payment methods accepted: Travelers Cheques, Personal checks, Cash, Money order, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted. If paying by credit card there is a 4% processing fee. Check-in and out: Generally check-in is 3pm and check out is 11am. We’re flexible, just ask if you would like to arrive early or stay late. Damage + Cleaning Policy: Group organizer (and/or individual guests) are financially responsible for any damages to facility or property caused by you or group participants during your stay. Groups are required to submit a deposit in the amount of $200 upon check-in. In the event of damage or excessive cleaning fees, La Finca Caribe will itemize the cost to repair or replace said damage and group organizer agrees to pay such statement within ten (10) days of receipt of the cost of repair or replacement. The deposit amount of $200 will be returned ten days after check-out, pending damage inspection. If any damage or violations of these agreements are found, additional fees may be due. This includes possible fees charged for misuse of equipment, furnishings left out of place, missing linens, utensils and other household items. |
